Important elements for sake brewing are: high quality water, rice, koji(rice yeast) and the technique of the master brewer. Surrounded by rich natural resources the master brewer makes every effort to enhance the quality of "Ryusen Yae-zakura". We are honored to have received the Gold Medal several times in the National Sake Awards and other competitions.

The spirit of respect for the long tradition of sake brewing is very much alive, while research and innovation are undertaken continuously.
